## Data365 pricing

Data365 sells monthly plans priced in euros. Each plan gives you a pool of credits for the month. Each call uses credits, and the number depends on what you fetch. To try it, you fill in a contact form and ask for a free trial of 14 days.

- **Basic plan.** €300 a month for 500,000 credits on 1 social network.
- **Standard plan.** €850 a month for 1,000,000 credits on 3 social networks.
- **Custom plan.** Up to 7 networks and up to 100,000,000 credits a month. No price is listed.
- **Credit weights.** A post costs 1 credit. A post with comments costs 5. A search costs 7. A profile with its info costs 9.
- **Payment.** Wire transfer or card.
- **Rate limits.** No limit is published.

Example: on the Basic plan, 500,000 credits buy about 55,000 profiles. That is about €5.40 per 1,000 profiles. If you only fetch posts, the same plan buys 500,000 posts, about €0.60 per 1,000. The mix of calls you make sets your real price.

## Why people look for an alternative

- **Trial requires a request.** There is no free tier. The trial goes through a contact form, so you wait for a reply before your first call.
- **A monthly bill.** The plan costs the same in a quiet month. The lowest entry is €300, and it covers one network.
- **Credit weights.** A profile uses 9 credits. The 500,000 credits cover fewer calls if you mostly fetch profiles.
- **Euros only.** Prices are in EUR. If your budget is in dollars, the cost moves with the exchange rate.

## Where Data365 may fit

- **Mostly posts, every month.** If you fetch mostly posts and use the whole allowance each month, Data365 can cost less per call. Openhandle charges $2.50 per 1,000 requests for any call.
- **Facebook, Threads, and Pinterest.** Data365 covers these networks today. Openhandle goes deep on Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, and YouTube, and adds platforms as customers ask.
- **Buying through a contract.** Some finance teams want a sales contact, a monthly contract, and payment by wire transfer. Data365 is set up for that.

## What changes when you move

- **Start free today.** Sign up and get 100 free requests. You do not need a card or a sales call.
- **No monthly plan.** Add any amount from $10. Each request takes its price from that balance, and it never expires while you use your account. Every top-up includes an invoice.
- **One price for every call.** A profile costs the same as a post or a search. 100,000 calls cost $250.00, whatever you fetch.
- **One shape.** Profiles, posts, and comments look the same on Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, and YouTube.
- **Failed requests are free.** You pay only when Openhandle returns an answer.
- **Lower prices for older data.** Openhandle lowers costs when you can use older data. A cached answer up to 30 days old is free.

## Move your integration

1. **Start with a Test key.** Create a Test key in the dashboard. Use the synthetic identifiers in the [quickstart](/docs/quickstart) to validate your integration without charges.
2. **Map your calls.** Match your required data to the [API reference](/docs/api-reference). Check endpoint coverage, parameters, and returned fields before switching. Keep unsupported operations with your current provider. The table below lists common Openhandle calls.
3. **Update paths, parameters, and authentication.** Use https://api.openhandle.dev/v1 with Authorization: Bearer followed by your key. Update each endpoint path and parameter using the [API reference](/docs/api-reference). Profile usernames need an @ prefix in REST paths. Use the documented identifier for each post.
4. **Map response fields.** Successful responses contain platform, resource, capturedAt, source, and data. Map shared fields and platform-specific fields using the [response schemas](/docs/concepts/envelope-and-errors). Keep unavailable metrics as null.
5. **Handle pagination and errors.** Pass meta.cursors.next back as cursor for list requests. Cursors from another provider cannot be reused. Handle Openhandle error codes and retry only when retryable is true. See [pagination](/docs/concepts/pagination) and [errors](/docs/concepts/envelope-and-errors).
6. **Set a cap.** Pick a monthly spending cap before you go live. We stop before it, so a bad loop cannot run up a bill.
7. **Validate before switching.** Check success, empty, private, and not-found cases with a Test key. Then [move to Live](/docs/test-environment/test-to-live) and compare a small sample with your current provider before switching production traffic.
