## Pricing mechanics matter more than headline price

The per-1,000 headline favors ScrapeCreators at every tier. But the real comparison is credits **per call**:

- ScrapeCreators advertises one credit per request across its endpoints, and cached results cost nothing.
- SociaVault prices advanced endpoints (comments, analytics, bulk history) at 10 to 100 credits per call. A workload heavy on comments can consume a pack far faster than the calculator on the pricing page suggests.

Before choosing on price, list your actual endpoints and multiply by their credit cost. The two vendors can swap places depending on your mix.

## Coverage

Both are broad. ScrapeCreators is deepest on the big social networks (22 TikTok endpoints, 19 Instagram) and adds transcripts and ad libraries. SociaVault reaches further into the long tail (Bluesky, Twitch, Linktree, Amazon storefronts), which matters if your product spans niche platforms.

Neither normalizes across platforms: a TikTok response and an Instagram response have different shapes, and your code handles each platform separately on both products.

## Reliability and support

Both are small vendors without published SLAs or status pages, which is typical for this category. ScrapeCreators is visibly founder-operated with direct support as a selling point. As with any scraping API, run your own success-rate test on the endpoints you need; public ratings do not exist for either.

## Verdicts

- **High volume on mainstream platforms, simple endpoints.** ScrapeCreators. The bulk rate is roughly half the price and caching is free.
- **Long-tail platform coverage in one place.** SociaVault, if the niche platforms you need are on its list.
- **Comment- or analytics-heavy workloads.** run the credit math per endpoint first. Headline prices mislead here, in both directions.
