## API and account support

Email [hello@openhandle.dev](mailto:hello@openhandle.dev) for help with the Openhandle API, SDKs, MCP server, dashboard, or billing. Include the endpoint, request ID, approximate request time, and a description of the result you expected. Do not include API keys, passwords, or access tokens. You can also use the support chat on this website.

## Privacy and public data

Use the same email address for privacy requests or concerns about public social data. If you want your social profile blocked, include its public URL. The [public data notice](/legal/public-data-notice) explains the request process. The [privacy policy](/legal/privacy-policy) describes the personal data we process and your rights.
