ScrapTik pricing

ScrapTik sells TikTok data in a few places. Each call to any endpoint counts as one request.

  • —Apify. $2.00 per 1,000 requests. You pay through your Apify account.
  • —MCP server. $0.005 to $0.02 per call, paid in USDC. No key or signup needed.
  • —Private plans. From $0.0001 per request. You talk to ScrapTik to get one.

Per request, the two are close. ScrapTik on Apify costs $2.00 per 1,000. Openhandle costs $2.50 per 1,000, and $2.00 per 1,000 at volume. The big difference is what you get for it: Openhandle also covers Instagram, X, and Reddit.

Why people look for an alternative

  • —Only TikTok. If you also need Instagram, X, or Reddit, you need a second provider and a second parser.
  • —Contact ScrapTik for volume pricing. The low prices are on private plans. You have to talk to ScrapTik to get one.

Where ScrapTik may fit

  • —Very large TikTok volume. If TikTok is all you need and you make millions of calls a month, a private plan can cost far less per call.
  • —Already on Apify. If your team already pays for Apify, ScrapTik fits in with no new account.
  • —Agents without a key. The MCP server takes payment per call in USDC, with no signup.

What changes when you move

  • —Start free. Sign up and get 100 free requests. You do not need a card.
  • —Five platforms in one API. Profiles, posts, and comments look the same on TikTok, Instagram, X, Reddit, and YouTube. One parser covers all five.
  • —TikTok depth. 28 TikTok endpoints in one API, web and app combined. Ads routes soon.
  • —No monthly plan. Add any amount from $10. Each request takes its price from that balance, and it never expires while you use your account. Every top-up includes an invoice.
  • —Failed requests are free. You pay only when Openhandle returns an answer.
  • —Direct team support. A direct chat with our team.

Move your integration

  1. 01Start with a Test key. Create a Test key in the dashboard. Use the synthetic identifiers in the quickstart to validate your integration without charges.
  2. 02Map your calls. Match your required data to the API reference. Check endpoint coverage, parameters, and returned fields before switching. Keep unsupported operations with your current provider. The table below lists common Openhandle calls.
  3. 03Update paths, parameters, and authentication. Use https://api.openhandle.dev/v1 with Authorization: Bearer followed by your key. Update each endpoint path and parameter using the API reference. Profile usernames need an @ prefix in REST paths. Use the documented identifier for each post.
  4. 04Map response fields. Successful responses contain platform, resource, capturedAt, source, and data. Map shared fields and platform-specific fields using the response schemas. Keep unavailable metrics as null.
  5. 05Handle pagination and errors. Pass meta.cursors.next back as cursor for list requests. Cursors from another provider cannot be reused. Handle Openhandle error codes and retry only when retryable is true. See pagination and errors.
  6. 06Set a cap. Pick a monthly spending cap before you go live. We stop before it, so a bad loop cannot run up a bill.
  7. 07Validate before switching. Check success, empty, private, and not-found cases with a Test key. Then move to Live and compare a small sample with your current provider before switching production traffic.
