SociaVault pricing

SociaVault sells prepaid credit packs without a subscription. Credits never expire. Each pack adds credits to your balance. New accounts get 50 free credits with no card. Most calls use 1 credit, but some use many more.

  • —Starter pack. $29 for 6,000 credits, about $4.83 per 1,000.
  • —Growth pack. $79 for 20,000 credits, about $3.95 per 1,000.
  • —Pro pack. $199 for 75,000 credits, about $2.65 per 1,000.
  • —Enterprise pack. $399 for 200,000 credits, about $1.99 per 1,000. You pay the full $399 before you use it.
  • —Credit weights. Most endpoints use 1 credit. Basic data can use up to 5. Comments, analytics, and engagement use 10 to 25. Bulk and historical pulls use 50 to 100.
  • —Refunds. You can get your money back within 14 days if you used less than 10% of the credits.

Example: 100,000 calls a month at 1 credit each. With $79 packs, that is 5 packs, about $395. Now say 1 call in 10 is a comments call at 10 credits. The same 100,000 calls then need about 190,000 credits.

Why people look for an alternative

  • —Credit weights. A comments call can use 10 to 25 credits. A bulk pull can use 100. Your bill depends on which calls you make, and that is hard to guess ahead of time.
  • —Cash up front. The best rate needs $399 paid before you start.
  • —A small free start. The free tier is 50 credits. One bulk call can use all of them.

Where SociaVault may fit

  • —Price per call at volume. On 1 credit calls, the $399 pack works out to about $1.99 per 1,000. Openhandle starts at $2.50 per 1,000 and drops to $2.00 above 100,000 requests a month.
  • —Other platforms. Bluesky, Twitch, Snapchat, Amazon Shop, and ad libraries for Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. Openhandle goes deep on Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, and YouTube, and adds platforms as customers ask.
  • —Credits never expire. If you buy a pack and use it next year, that works.

What changes when you move

  • —A bigger free start. Sign up and get 100 free requests. You do not need a card.
  • —One price for every call. Comments cost the same as a profile. 100,000 calls cost $250.00, whatever you fetch.
  • —No packs. Add any amount from $10. Each request takes its price from that balance, and it never expires while you use your account. Every top-up includes an invoice.
  • —One shape. Profiles, posts, and comments look the same on Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, and YouTube.
  • —Failed requests are free. You pay only when Openhandle returns an answer.
  • —Lower prices for older data. Openhandle lowers costs when you can use older data. A cached answer up to 30 days old is free.

Move your integration

  1. 01Start with a Test key. Create a Test key in the dashboard. Use the synthetic identifiers in the quickstart to validate your integration without charges.
  2. 02Map your calls. Match your required data to the API reference. Check endpoint coverage, parameters, and returned fields before switching. Keep unsupported operations with your current provider. The table below lists common Openhandle calls.
  3. 03Update paths, parameters, and authentication. Use https://api.openhandle.dev/v1 with Authorization: Bearer followed by your key. Update each endpoint path and parameter using the API reference. Profile usernames need an @ prefix in REST paths. Use the documented identifier for each post.
  4. 04Map response fields. Successful responses contain platform, resource, capturedAt, source, and data. Map shared fields and platform-specific fields using the response schemas. Keep unavailable metrics as null.
  5. 05Handle pagination and errors. Pass meta.cursors.next back as cursor for list requests. Cursors from another provider cannot be reused. Handle Openhandle error codes and retry only when retryable is true. See pagination and errors.
  6. 06Set a cap. Pick a monthly spending cap before you go live. We stop before it, so a bad loop cannot run up a bill.
  7. 07Validate before switching. Check success, empty, private, and not-found cases with a Test key. Then move to Live and compare a small sample with your current provider before switching production traffic.
